USR 10k Course

10k Description

Start in Bowring Park near the Caribou Memorial, heading west. At the Circular Pond turn right to exit the Park at the West Gate. At the West Gate, turn left onto Squires Avenue, continuing to Waterford Heights North. Turn right into the running lane on Perlin, and then right again, remaining in the running lane, onto Brookfield Road.

Continue through the Signals onto Waterfordbridge Road. As you pass the East Gate, use the running lane on the left between the cones and the centre line. Continue on Waterfordbridge to Water Street.

Squeeze right into the running lane as you reach Water Street, and take the right hand turn ramp onto Blackhead Road. Continue over the bridge in the running lane, and take the right hand turn ramp onto Southside Road.

Continue on Southside Road all the way to Bay Bulls Road, including a short out and back on Waterford Lane. Cross the bridge on Bay Bulls Road and turn left, in the running lane next to the curb, to return to the East Gate of the Park. Keep left and race to the finish line near the Bungalow.

5k Description

Start in Bowring Park near the Caribou Memorial, heading east. When you reach the Duck Pond, turn right up the hill towards the finish line area. Pass the finish line on the left in the "Next Loop" lane as far as the sharp left turn over the T'Railway bridge.

Keep to the left at the Circular Pond and do the short out and back before turning left to exit the Park at the West Gate. At the West Gate, turn right onto Squires Avenue for the short out and back before continuing to Waterford Heights North.

Turn right into the running lane on Perlin, and then right again, remaining in the running lane, onto Brookfield Road.

Continue through the Signals onto Waterfordbridge Road. As you pass the East Gate, use the running lane on the left between the cones and the centre line. Continue on Waterfordbridge to the turn-around into the curbside running lane.

Follow the curbside lane west to return to the East Gate of the Park. Keep left and race to the finish line near the Bungalow.
