Start on Mundy Pond Road near Murphy's Lane. Make the circuit around Mundy Pond by turning right at the traffic lights onto Pearce Avenue, right onto Blackmarsh Road, right onto Blackler Avenue, and then right to return to Mundy Pond Road.

Race past the start line and this time turn left at the traffic lights onto Ropewalk Lane where you will find the first water station. Go to the end of Ropewalk and turn right onto Empire Avenue which you will follow almost all the way to the finish.

Where Empire merges with Circular Road you will take a left turn onto Kingsbridge Road and then quickly right onto Lake Avenue. Veer right at the end of Lake onto Clancey Drive and race to the finish near the Boathouse.

For safety, please be sure to keep to the right of the cones approaching the left hand turns!
