The mission of the REAL Program is "To breakdown the financial barriers to recreation by providing registration fees, transportation, and equipment to children and youth." This includes activities such as recreation, music, dance, art, sports, leadership, and learning programs.

In addition to this donation, you can click the bottom of your registration form to add $2 for REAL, and/or add a Top-Up donation.

Break the Course Record!

Break the course record and win $500! The current men's record is held by Colin Fewer, 23:49, and the women's record is held by Kate Bazeley, 26:07.

Fast Route, Tely 10 Warmup - This is one of the oldest continuous road running races in the province, with more than 35 years of racing. The course is fast and runs from the Mundy Pond area to Quidi Vidi Lake. It is a popular event as a tune up to the Tely 10 each summer.

The race is named for Henry G.R. Mews, the mayor of St. John's from 1949 - 1965.
