Early Run, Tuesdays & Fridays, Wedgewood Park Rec Centre, 6:15 am

On some Tuesdays the Parsons Meadow loop is used for Long Intervals, in which case the overall run is shortened by turning around before Kent’s Pond, or by looping Kent’s Pond. Otherwise the entire route is run for 13.25 km.

Long Run, Sundays, Boathouse at 8:00 am or Running Room at 8:30 am

Run 5 km from Boathouse to Running Room. Once there, the route and length varies.

Speed Work, Thursdays, Quidi Vidi Bandstand, 5:30 pm

Do a full or partial loop around the Lake trail to warm up. Intervals of up to a mile can be done on the Boulevard, or the Pleasantville loop can be used for any interval distance. If Hill training is required, White Hills Road is a dandy climb.
