ANE Yoga is a program compiled to be particularly appropriate for runners. It conccentrates on core strength and maintaining flexibility in the parts of the body most impacted by running, while including some general yoga elements.
Our program is developed and delivered by Margot French, a certified Kripalu yoga teacher. She has been offering her Yoga for Runners classes for many years in St. John's and many members of ANE have attended over the years.
