ANE Yoga - Session Plan

Apr - Jun Session - 10 classes - Apr 4th - June 20th

Monday Evenings: 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM (no class on Apr 18 or May 23)

Commit to at least 7 classes to get the best rate. Honour system - track your own attendance.

ANE Yoga is a program compiled to be particularly appropriate for runners. It concentrates on core strength and maintaining flexibility in the parts of the body most impacted by running, while including some general yoga elements.

Our program is developed and delivered by Margot French, a certified Kripalu yoga teacher. She has been offering her Yoga for Runners classes for many years in St. John's and many members of ANE have attended over the years.
